TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Your vacation package is valid for eighteen (18) months from your date of purchase.
- All vacation packages must
be paid in full in order to request reservation travel dates.
- Accommodations are based on availability. Every effort will be made to secure your accommodations. However, your reservation may be moved to a comparable facility if your original accommodations are not available.
- Reservations must be made at least sixty (60) days from your anticipated travel dates. However, you may request earlier booking dates, and we will attempt to accommodate your requested travel dates.
- Once reservations are made, any changes or revisions must be requested in writing by mail and received by Tempus fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed travel dates and are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable fee. A one night lodging fee will be assessed for any changes, revisions, or cancellations made within fourteen
(14) days of arrival.
- Your vacation package is fully transferable. A written request must be submitted to Tempus. Also, once your reservations have been confirmed in your name, the reservations are transferable and subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
- Not included in this package is transportation, tickets (unless otherwise specified), gratuities, telephone charges and all other incidentals.
- Extra nights are available at discounted rates, and are also based on availability.
- Tempus International Marketing Enterprises, Ltd. (TIME) is a
registered Seller of Travel in the State of Florida: S.O.T. #30252.
- YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR RECEIPT OF THE VACATION CERTIFICATE, WHICHEVER OCCURS LATER. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THE CERTIFICATE AND SENDING NOTICE TO TEMPUS INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ENTERPRISES, LTD. (TIME) AT 5259 W. OAKRIDGE ROAD, ORLANDO, FLORIDA 32819. NO PURCHASER SHOULD RELY UPON REPRESENTATIONS OTHER THAN THOSE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A VACATION CERTIFICATE AND PUTS ALL ASSIGNEES ON NOTICE OF THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL UNDER SECTIONS 559.933 AND 559.927 OF FLORIDA STATUTES. TEMPUS INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ENTERPRISES, LTD. IS REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA AS A SELLER OF TRAVEL. REGISTRATION NO. ST-30252.
