Q. Are these the only packages you offer?
A. No, we offer so many different packages, it would be too much to ask you to read through them all. We have simply listed our most popular packages. When you call to purchase your package, our customer service representative will suggest the package that fits your needs while saving you the most money.
Q. Does your package include taxes?
A. Yes, all taxes are included.
Q. Are extra nights available?
A. Yes, we have packages that include many different combinations of nights and attraction tickets. Just pick the package closest to your needs, and add the number of nights you need at our discounted price!
Q. Do you offer Rental Cars?
A. Yes, when you purchase your package you can add such things as a rental car, attraction tickets, and extra nights.
Q. Are extra attraction tickets available?
A. Yes, we offer tickets to all major Central Florida attractions at a significant discount.
Q. Your packages are so inexpensive, is the price "per person" or "per night"?
A. Price is per package, not per person; 4 people per package unless otherwise stated.
Q. I can't use my package within 18 months, what do I do?
A. You may extend your package for an additional year for $50. This must be done prior to the package expiring. The package may be extended only one time.
Q. What if I have more than 4 people?
A. We have many different packages that can accommodate any number of guests. You can choose to get two rooms, or upgrade to a condo or private home.
Q. Why are your prices so much lower than everywhere else?
A. Our goal is to promote tourism to Orlando and to promote our resort. Our prices are low because we know your experience in Orlando will make you tell all your friends and family!
Q. Do I have to know my dates of travel when I purchase the vacation package?
A. NO! Our packages are open dated and valid for 18 months. Just lock in this low price now, and and call us when you are ready to book your travel dates!
Q. Are there any Blackout Dates?
A. No, our packages are completely open dated. Just give us 60 days notice, and you can travel on any dates you want. Under 60 days already? No problem. If we have the availability, it is all yours. We want you to come to Orlando!
Q. Do the packages include airfare?
A. No, you deserve to choose whether you would like to drive or fly to Orlando. We stick to what we can give you at a discount - Vacation Packages.
Q. How close are you to the Theme Parks?
A. It depends on which package you purchase. We offer packages located near several major theme parks.
Q. Are there shuttles to local Theme Parks?
A. Some of our locations do offer free transportation to local theme parks. Be sure to ask when you purchase your vacation package. |
